or clicking to the Online Appointment link to your right hand. If we can't get a appointment at the time you request, we will gladly put you on a waiting list, in case of a cancellation. All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card. Credit card will not be charged until after you have received you service, UNLESS you miss your appointment.
Cancellation Policy- We require 24 hours in advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Single or multiple services cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment require 50% cancellation fee. For any other question, please feel free to contact us at the number above. We do not accept exchanges or cash refunds for any gift certificate, gift card or discount packages. Any missed appointment without previous notice for packages will be deducted as payment from unused portion.
Scheduling-Client agrees to fill out a client information form prior to beginning their session. It is very important that we know your medical history & conditions prior to treatment. This will help serve you and your health to the best of our capabilities.
Individual appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you to relax before your service. Spa parties must be scheduled 4 weeks in advance with a 20% nonrefundable deposit to reserve date.
Acceptable forms of payment: We accept cash, money orders, Traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard. There is a $30 fee for returned checks. Returned checks must be replaced with cash or money order.
Age requirement: Children under 16 need guardian or parent present to receive services.
We recommend that when coming for a service you leave your valuables at home. However, if you do bring them to our office, please keep all valuables with you at all times. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
So that you may enjoy your service and as courtesy to other guests, we suggest you turn off your cell phone.
Comfort: Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and relaxation are observed during all massage services and treatments. Undergarments and swimsuits may be worn if preferred. We encourage you to communicate any level of discomfort to your therapist. It is recommended that you shower prior to a body treatment.
Professional Policies: Margie's Therapeutic Touch Inc. only provides professional therapeutic massage therapy and has policies in place to maintain a high level of integrity while doing so. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of your session. Regardless of how much time has elapsed you will be responsible for the full payment due. Expect to remove clothing articles to your level of comfort. Whether you are a female or male, you'll be covered by a sheet and towel and only the areas that will be worked will be exposed. Be aware that this is a professional practice abiding by the Scope of practice the State of Florida has put in place.
Privacy Policy: We will make reasonable efforts to ensure our customers that furnish information about themselves will be safeguarded and not be made available to third parties.
