Spa Parties
We bring luxurious
spa services to you in the comfort of your home, office, hotel or rented
space. Perfect for couples, parties, girls weekends, spa parties,
valentine's day, Mother's Day, Bridal Shower or any occasion. Get
all your friends, family or co-workers together for a massage party.
Everyone can choose from any of the many types of massage services offered.
Group discounts are available.
Reservation and Payment Policy
Reservations need to
be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual treatments and 2
week advance notice for spa parties. Reservations can be made by calling
954-562-6197 or completing our reservation
form . We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to
reserve the appointment. For spa parties we require a 20% deposit
to reserve the date. Payment in full is required 1 week prior to
appointment date. We accept MC, Visa, cash and checks (we must
receive the check prior to appointment date).
Cancellation Policy
For individual
services we require at least 12 hours notice when canceling an
appointment. There is a 20% charge for cancellations made less than 12
hours in advance. Cancellations for spa parties and spa packages
must be made 2 weeks in advance in order to avoid a 100% cancellation
charge. Changes to any packages must also be made 1 week prior.
Gratuities
If you are pleased
with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 20%
gratuity to your Spa Technician. For Spa Parties a 20% gratuity is added
to the total cost of service.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at
least 16 years of age. Clients under the age of 16 must have adult
supervision.
Home Spa Process
You let us know the
dates and times that would be best for you to have a Home Spa Treatment
or Spa Party. We will schedule a technician(s) who is available
for one of those times. All treatments are performed on a massage
table. Manicures and pedicures are done on a chair or couch.
The Spa Technician(s) will arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment
to set up. At that time please inform your technician of anything
that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made. Our
spa technicians are equipped with a massage table, towels, sheets,
everything necessary to perform a home spa therapy. Our Spa
Technicians take great care in insuring your privacy, all body
treatments are done dressed to your level of comfort. We usually
recommend a 2 piece bathing suit if you are uncomfortable being nude.
Spa Party Process
For a spa party or
event, a spa coordinator will arrive around 45 minutes before your
appointment to help organize your event.The spa technicians will arrive
15-30 minutes prior to set up the virtual spa space so it's perfect for
you and your guests.At that time, please inform your technician of
anything that was not mentioned at the time the reservation was made.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our
spa technicians uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any
illicit or sexually-suggested remarks or advances will result in
immediate termination of services. You will be liable for full payment
of scheduled services.
Our spa technicians will refuse or terminate a treatment if any of the
following apply:
- Broken skin or lesions
- Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments
- Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation
- Intoxication
Home Spa Experience
We want you to enjoy
your experience with us. Therefore we recommend talking with your spa
technician to help them customize your treatment to ensure your maximum
enjoyment and satisfaction.
Returned Checks
If a bank
refuses a check, we will assess a $50 service charge.
Comfort
Special attention and careful draping for privacy, comfort, and
relaxation are observed during all spa services and treatments.
Undergarments and swimsuits may be worn if preferred. We encourage you
to communicate any level of discomfort to your therapist. It is
recommended that you shower prior to a body treatment.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
There are a few
medical conditions that are not compatible with spa treatments –
serious cardiac conditions and blood clots; skin disease, wounds, or
tumors; cancer or tuberculosis; fever; fractures or dislocations. Please
consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns prior to your
spa services.
*If pregnant, please state prior to your treatment . Services are
generally recommended after 12 weeks.*
